The District Municipality of Muskoka and Area Municipalities are conducting a survey on health care needs in Muskoka.
In order to better serve the residents of Muskoka, they are requesting individuals complete the following survey. Information in this survey will help in determining the type and amount of care needed. This may assist in developing plans for Nurse Practitioner Stations and other similar services.
